Applicability: These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of credits required to use TermSniper. By creating an account, the user agrees to and accepts these terms and conditions.
Offer: TermSniper provides a service for identifying “modifier words” associated with a specific primary search query in search engines.
Price: The base price for using TermSniper is $2 per credit. Discounts apply when purchasing credits in larger quantities. The exact discount is dependent on the total volume of credits purchased at once.
Payment Terms: Credits can only be used upon successful payment through our payment provider, Mollie.
Right of Withdrawal: If a user is dissatisfied, unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase based on the per-credit price at the time of purchase. Users should note that in certain circumstances, such as having used their credits, the right of refund may not be available.
Prices and Payments: All prices are inclusive of VAT. Payments must be made in accordance with the specified terms. Additional costs or interest due to late payment will be communicated clearly.
Delivery and Execution: Upon successful payment, credits for using TermSniper will be immediately reflected in the user’s account. If there are technical issues, users can contact support, and credits may be manually added to their account as necessary.
Liability: TermSniper shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from a decline in search engine rankings after using the tool. Users utilize TermSniper at their own risk. However, should the tool be inaccessible (offline) due to technical issues for more than 7 days, paid credits can be refunded to the user.
Complaints Procedure: Complaints can be submitted to info@termsniper.com.
Intellectual Property: The brand ‘TermSniper’, including its logo, domain, and the underlying computational process of the software, are the intellectual property of René Andreasi-Bassi and may not be copied or replicated in any form.
Privacy: TermSniper processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR or AVG in Dutch) as enforced in the Netherlands.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by Dutch law, and any disputes will be adjudicated in the Palace of Justice in The Hague.
